Where it grows
Nursery grown cultivar.
Special features
‘Grey Ghost’ is a variegated cultivar of Haworthia magnifica v. acuminata. It sports pure white variegation, sometimes crossed by lines of green chlorophyll. These plants have sharp, pointed leaves with somewhat serrated edges. They grow into large clumps and readily produce offsets.
Care guide
These plants should be kept under 40-60% shade cloth to show off their true colours. Plant in a soil mix that allows the roots to dry quickly, preferably a soil that is reasonably gritty with plenty of inorganic material. Water often during the cooler times of the year.
Growing season
Autumn and spring.
