By subscribing to our seasonal boxes, you receive plants that are in their active growth phase. This ensures that when the box arrives at your door, the plants are ready to be potted up and start established growth immediately. We ship these boxes in March, June, September, and December, once for every season of the year. These seasonal boxes also make perfect gifts, particularly during the festive season at the end of the year.

Delivery Schedule
To keep things simple and aligned with the South African climate, we ship at the following times:

A: You can choose to pay quarterly or annually. Quarterly subscribers have to purchase the latest box every three months once it becomes available. Annual subscribers pay once upfront for all four boxes and receive a discounted rate for the year. There are no automatically recurring subscriptions or payments for the seasonal boxes.
Q: When exactly will I receive my box?
A: We ship our boxes at the end of March, June, September, and middle December. If you sign up between these dates, your first box will arrive during the next scheduled delivery window. This ensures you receive plants that are currently in their active growing season.
Q: Are the plants shipped in their pots?
A: No, we ship plants bareroot. Both subscription tiers include the necessary pots and our signature soil mediums, allowing you to pot them up immediately upon arrival.
Q: Can I skip a season or cancel my subscription?
A: We do not offer refunds or partial refunds on yearly subscriptions once they are paid for, but you are welcome to buy boxes individually every season.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes. We include door-to-door shipping in the price of both The Grower’s and The Curator’s boxes. There are no hidden courier fees at checkout for any location within South Africa.
Q: Will the plants be indigenous to South Africa?
A: While each box may include some indigenous species, we also include exotic succulents from other parts of the world if they fit the seasonal theme and are in active growth.
