Epiphyllum guatemalense f. monstruosa

R200 incl. VAT

Where it grows

Native to Mexico.

Special features

The Curly Orchid cactus is a monstrose mutation of Epiphyllum guatemalense. The leaves spiral once the plant becomes older, and it makes an attractive hanging basket plant.

Care guide

In nature, these plants occur under shady leaf canopies, and therefore prefer being in bright, indirect light. Do not keep them in direct sun. Epiphyllum guatemalense prefers an organic soil mixture, and does well in a 1:1 mix of coco peat and perlite. Water well in spring and summer, but keep dry in winter.

Growing season
