Special features
Haworthia mutica ‘Silver’, often called Haworthia ‘silver mutica’, is a Haworthia mutica cultivar bred for milky-white leaf windows transected by thick green lines. As with most plants of this species, there is also some diminutive white spotting on the windows. It has quite large, broad leaves.
Care guide
Haworthia are shade loving succulents and need to be kept under at least 60% shade cloth. They require gritty soil mixes and will thrive in a mixture involving Ibaraki Akadama and Hyuga pumice. Water them well throughout the year, particularly in winter, but make sure the soil dries out somewhat between waterings.
