Special features
This Tulista cultivar has intensely tubercled leaves, with most of the leaf surface being covered in these white ‘spots’. The tubercles sometimes coalesce together and may make odd shapes, or even symbols if you use your imagination.
Care Guide
‘Emperor’ should be kept in semi-shaded conditions, and 60% shade cloth is ideal. Plant this cultivar in a soil mix that is gritty and airy, and that does not let water sit around the roots. Give them plenty of water in autumn and winter, but let the soil dry a bit between waterings.
